All import duties and customs fees for our US and EU customers are 100% on us — no conditions attached! If you paid any import duty or customs tax upon receiving your tongue drum, simply send us your payment receipt, and we will compensate it.

How It Works
Step 1
Pay the import duty
When your package arrives, you'll receive a notification to pay the import duty. Please pay it promptly to avoid any extra storage fees — once it's paid, your drum will continue on its way to you.

Send us an email
Attach any document showing the duty payment (it should include the purpose and the amount paid) and send to info@kosmosky.com
