We are waiving import duties for USA customers

Import duties on all items were introduced in the USA in August. Many people are worried about extra charges, and no one really knows how it works. We want your shopping experience to remain simple and joyful, so we are ready to cover the import duty for orders from the USA.

We made this decision on September 18 to show that you don’t need to worry about your orders. You may be concerned that the import duty might be too high. Below, we show a report of orders with the actual duty amounts. If that import duty worries you, you can use the compensation.

The duty rates are not very high, and we would be grateful if you support us by covering them yourself. But if you feel more comfortable, we will take care of these costs for you.
