If you paid an import duty or customs fee when receiving your tongue drum in the USA, we're happy to compensate it — all we ask is a short unboxing video. We love seeing the moment you open the box and try your drum for the first time. Those genuine reactions mean the world to us. And for you, it's a simple way to get your import duty covered.

Step 1. Pay the import duty

When your package arrives in the US, you'll receive a notification to pay the import duty. Please pay it promptly to avoid any extra storage fees — once it's paid, your drum will continue on its way to you.

Step 2. Film a unboxing video of your Kosmosky drum (see our tips below)

Step 3. Post the video publicly on any social media platform: Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube

Step 4. Send us the following to info@kosmosky.com:

• A link to your published video
• The original video file
• Any document showing the duty payment (it should include the purpose and the amount paid)

• If import duty is up to $50 — we refund 100% of the duty
• If import duty is over $50 — we refund $50

A 1–3 minute video is perfect. It doesn't have to be polished and you don't need professional equipment — a smartphone works perfectly. Here are a few things that help:

• Compensation is only available for videos that have been published publicly
• The video must remain public (not set to private or friends-only)
• By sending us your video, you give Kosmosky permission to use it on our social media and in advertising
