If you are not 100% satisfied with the drum you got for any reason - please contact us as soon as it is possible, and we will find the solution.
1. Offer you a partial refund (if you don't like the color, or the drum was damaged a little, and the damage doesn't affect on sound);
2. Make and ship another drum to you, if you agree to ship your drum to our partner in your country.
3. Offer you a full refund of the drum's cost if you agree to pay for return shipping.
If the drum was damaged during the delivery:
1. Draw up an act with a representative of the shipping company,
2. Take a photo of the act and send it to us - email@example.com.
